This was done at New Years.
My cousin Hannah, and my uncle Rory's friend Tom, were playing Mario party 3. (the nintendo 64 was the only gaming system Rory let us use) and my little cousin Ted (Teophiliss or something like that) wanted me to draw sonic characters (he's not a real big anime fan like I am). So, I drew Knuckles the echidna first, then Silver the hedgehog, they were done in pencil. Unfortunatly, my cousins took those two with them. While I was denying requests Ted wanted, I finally drew this.
An ink sketch of shadow the hedgehog. done in a matter of 5 to 7 minutes. It is a stlye that I am not used to, that I randomly used. I hope to keep this style, because it does looks unique. I don't know if I drew his shoes correctly, or got the correct number of quills. The hands and gloves are still questioned as well.

Well, if you want to know what's "wrong" I'll point them out.
His shoes are off. They almost make me think you were thinking of Kin while you were drawing those, cause they look like hers.
His gloves are different as well, but it's hard to explain them.
You got the number of spikes correct, it's just his top head spike is supossed to be limp, like Sonic's.
I hope you didn't mind me pointing those things out. I just thought I'd tell you.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
This is YOUR opportunity to mock, ridicule and generally take great delight and amusement whilst poking fun at the beloved Volunteers and Staff of deviantART.
